Pioneer Seed South Africa's weigh-and-win competition has got all the maize, soy and sunflower farmers talking right across Southern Africa. This competition gives farmers the opportunity to test innovative production practices to ensure that they get the biggest harvest of that specific crop. Participating grain farmers compete in the different regional categories to harvest the maize, soy and sunflower crops and to see who gets the awards. The information that PIONEER® collects during this competition is another way in which the company works with growers to promote research initiatives and to improve farm yields per hectare by planting the right products.
